Install Crew Member

Position Overview

Willie C. & Sons Landscaping is seeking a motivated and dependable Landscape Install Crew
Member to join our installation team. This role focuses on the construction and installation of
high-quality landscape projects and transitions to snow removal and winter services during the winter months.

Responsibilities

Assist with landscape installation projects including patios, walkways, retaining walls,
plantings, etc.
Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
Follow project plans, layouts, and supervisor direction
Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
Participate in snow and ice management operations during winter months, including plowing, shoveling, and salting
Be available for early mornings, nights, weekends, and on-call shifts during snow events

Qualifications

Ability to perform physical labor and lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Landscape installation or hardscape experience strongly preferred
Valid driver’s license required

Maintenance Crew Member

Position Overview

Willie C. & Sons Landscaping is seeking a reliable and motivated Maintenance Crew Member to support our year-round property maintenance operations. This position focuses on landscape maintenance during the growing season and transitions to snow removal services during the winter months.

Responsibilities

Perform landscape and property maintenance including spring clean up, mowing,
trimming, pruning, mulching, fall clean up, and site cleanup
Operate and maintain hand tools and basic landscaping equipment
Work efficiently as part of a crew while maintaining high quality standards
Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
Provide snow and ice management services during winter months, including plowing,
shoveling, snow blowing, and salting
Be available for early mornings, nights, weekends, and on-call shifts during snow events

Qualifications

Ability to perform physical labor in varying weather conditions
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Landscaping or snow removal experience preferred, but not required
Valid driver’s license required
