At Willie C. & Sons, we’ve created a convenient landscape design and installation process that fits your schedule and your dreams for your property. Here’s our six-step process:

Fill out our online form:
We’ll call you at your scheduled time to discuss some of the details of your landscape installation and to schedule an on-site walkthrough of your landscape. Our team will also email you with pricing details and more in-depth information about our process.
Talk to our team over the phone:
One of our design experts will meet you at your home to survey your current landscape and learn more about your property before the detailed design stage begins. We can schedule a follow-up phone call or Zoom to review your design and estimate once completed. We require a landscape design for all projects over $10,000. We charge a $750 design fee for standard designs.
Have a walkthrough of your property:
If you have a small landscape project, you’ll receive a quote for the cost of services and materials. For larger projects, we can schedule a video call, and our landscape design experts will present visuals of your landscape design plan and give you a proposal. We provide one round of revisions to your landscape plans to suit your vision for the space. Once you approve your design, we will discuss the timeline for your landscape and set an installation date. At this stage, you’ll pay a 10% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit.
Review your design plan:
Our team of landscape installers and builders will get to work creating your new outdoor oasis. We’ll communicate with you frequently to keep you updated and to answer any questions you have.
Installation begins:
Once work is complete, we will conduct a walkthrough of the new landscape and ensure every detail is just right. Then we’ll discuss the three-year guarantee we provide on our work and present you with maintenance service options to keep your new landscape pristine.
